Official Clinton County docket, hearing, and copy questions belong with the court that owns the case. This private reference resource cannot access, change, or certify a court file. The contact routes below identify the appropriate official office for Common Pleas, Municipal Court, Probate, and Juvenile matters.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This privately operated reference resource cannot pull official files, set or reset a hearing, seal a case, issue a certified copy, or provide legal advice. Those actions require the owning court or clerk.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the court category, rather than the city name alone, to choose an official Clinton County contact:

  • Common Pleas civil, felony, domestic-relations, or appellate record: begin with CaseLook, then contact the Clerk of Courts.
  • Traffic, misdemeanor, Municipal civil, or small-claims case: use Municipal Court Record Search and the Municipal Court Clerk.
  • A current Municipal Court setting: check the Daily Docket and confirm any conflict with the court.
  • Probate or Juvenile case: contact that court's own counter because no general public portal was verified for those categories.
  • Certified copy or court document: ask the clerk that keeps the case and confirm the current charge before payment.
